In the early care and education sector, the CCA For Social Good ‘platform as a service’ forms the foundation for hundreds of shared services initiatives across the country supporting nearly 70% of states seeking to advance the impact of both family and center-based child care programs. Access to hundreds of real world resources address HR needs such as staff management, recruitment, and becoming an employer of choice, while policies, procedures, handbooks, and financial management resources provide a structured approach to operational best practices, and our vendor savings programs help reduce costs so that savings can be reinvested in staff compensation and program quality. Our novel approach to sustainability leverages the power of scale by aggregating thousands of businesses to drive down costs and strengthen business administration and operations.

Our current work in the nonprofit sector, advances nonprofit operational practices. Our work with the Switchpoint Cooperative, addresses the issue of homelessness faced by nearly every community. With an innovative approach to deliver access to affordable housing and creation of micro-businesses are the underpinning of both nonprofit fiscal sustainability and a lasting solution to ending homelessness and poverty.
